Winner: UCB Guild Disabled Students' Society - University College Birmingham Guild of Students

Established this year during lockdown, the society have established tons of brilliant initiatives including weekly drop ins and campaigns despite having never met in person.

Runners up:

Nursing Society - Hull University Students' Union

The Nursing Society was set up by a group of Hull University students over the summer of 2020. They have created a safe community of student nurses, where all members can openly be honest about how they feel.

LGBTQ+ Support, Friendship and Activists Group - Dudley College

This group was newly established in December 2020 during national lockdown. They run socials and community events but are also working on lobbying the college to introduce a formal trans inclusive policy.
